Teen Group - Wednesdays
Teen Group is a supportive therapy group for high schoolers struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. Adolescence can be a challenging time, with academic pressure, social expectations, and emotional ups and downs often feeling overwhelming. This group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens can openly discuss their struggles while learning practical skills to manage stress, build confidence, and navigate relationships more effectively. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and peer support, participants will practice coping techniques for anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Teens will gain the tools to feel more in control of their mental health, strengthen resilience, and foster deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and others.

Dads Group
Fatherhood can be incredibly rewarding—and also uniquely challenging. This weekly, in-person, therapist-facilitated group offers a space for dads to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others navigating similar experiences. Together, we’ll explore the joys and struggles of parenting, share insights, and support one another in becoming more present, intentional fathers. Whether you’re a new dad or have been at it for a while, you’re welcome here.
