Groups

  • High Schoolers

A weekly in-person group for high schoolers (14–17) working through anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. Adolescence is full of overlapping pressures — academic, social, internal — and group work gives teens a space to practice skills and feel less alone in the experience. We use a blend of CBT and ACT skills, mindfulness practices, and peer process. Groups run 14 weeks with 6–8 participants. $150/session, private pay; superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Parents

A weekly online process group for parents of anxious or struggling kids. The work draws on SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, which I'm certified in) along with broader parent coaching. Whether you're navigating your child's anxiety, behavior, or family dynamics, this is a chance to step out of the daily-grind perspective, learn alongside other parents, and bring back small, concrete shifts. 10 weeks, 6–10 participants. $150/session, private pay; superbills provided.

  • Middle Schoolers

A weekly in-person group for 11–14 year olds working on anxiety and social skills. Middle school brings new social complexity and new self-doubt; group is a low-pressure way to practice coping, build confidence, and connect with peers facing similar things. We blend CBT and ACT skills with mindfulness and structured peer process. 14 weeks, 6–8 participants. $150/session, private pay; superbills provided for OON.
