Parent Coaching

Practical support for raising kids through the hard parts.

Parenting can feel especially difficult when the strategies that used to work no longer do. We help parents better understand what's driving their child's behavior and develop practical ways to respond with greater confidence and connection.

Together, we work to reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, set effective boundaries, and help children build greater confidence and independence. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the specific challenges your family is navigating.

Our approach draws from evidence-based parenting strategies, attachment and developmental perspectives, and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). Parent coaching can happen alongside your child's individual therapy or as a stand-alone service—your child does not need to participate in therapy for meaningful change to happen.

Common areas we help with: Anxiety · ADHD & executive functioning · Big emotions · Behavior challenges · School avoidance · Parent-child conflict · Boundaries & limit setting · Increasing independence

Co-Parenting Support

Helping parents work together when the family structure changes.

Separation and divorce can change nearly every aspect of family life. Even when parents share the same goal of supporting their children, differences in communication, expectations, routines, and parenting styles can make co-parenting difficult.

We help co-parents develop a more effective working relationship centered on their children's needs. Sessions may focus on communication, parenting decisions, consistency between households, transitions between homes, new partners and changing family structures.

The goal isn't for co-parents to agree on everything. It's to reduce conflict, communicate more effectively, and create a stable and supportive parenting relationship across households.

Common areas we help with: Co-parent communication · Differences in parenting styles · Transitions between homes · Parenting schedules & routines · New partners & blended families · Supporting children through separation and divorce · Reducing children's exposure to parental conflict
