Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) opening

Parish Family Therapy is a group practice in San Francisco, CA. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, and the everyday challenges of growing up and growing together. I am looking for a thoughtful, motivated associate therapist to join the practice beginning January 27, 2027.

This role is built for a clinician who is genuinely excited about the complexity of working across the lifespan: sitting with a 9-year-old building emotional language, then shifting to a family working through a painful rupture, then meeting an adult trying to make sense of it all. You will receive strong clinical supervision, a ready caseload from an existing waitlist, and a hybrid schedule that gives you room to do the work well.

What I Offer

  • Rich clinical experience across the lifespan: children, adolescents, adults, and families, often in the same week

  • Supervision focused on clinical depth. BBS compliant

  • Warm referral pipeline: existing waitlist means you are matched with clients from the start

  • Hybrid schedule (telehealth + in-person), flexibility to do focused, quality work

  • Direct mentorship and space to develop your own clinical voice

  • Estimated salary range between $62,000 and $83,000 depending on case load

Who I’m Looking For

  • Registered AMFT, APCC, or ACSW in the state of California in good standing with the BBS

  • Genuine excitement about working with children, adolescents, and families, not just open to it, but drawn to it

  • Strong clinical curiosity and tolerance for the complexity these populations bring

  • Commitment to doing careful, thoughtful work and keeping up with your documentation

  • Available to begin January 27, 2027
